How long have you been a photographer? 
I have had a camera in my hand since I was 7! My mother used to yell at me for taking pictures of flowers and not people. I suppose I figured out how to photograph people 😂

How much is your Chattanooga photography?
For standard sessions, session Fees range from $199-$299. Prints and digitals are sold separately. Packages fluctuate based on sales & offerings from the labs. The average client spends approximately $1000, however there are no minimum product orders.
Wedding coverage starts at $1999 and includes an album.

How long before I get my images?
You will see your images within 2 weeks of your session or event!

Will you retouch my double chin?
Retouching is available upon request, but I’m sure your chin is just fine ❤️

Is Jennifer Anderson Photography licensed & insured?
Yes! We are an LLC filed with the county as well as fully insured through Hiscox insurance. We are also members of Professional Photographers of America!

What happens if there is bad weather?
For a standard session, we will typically reschedule. For weddings, we roll with it & make magic ✨

How far in advance should I book?
Standard sessions book 2-3 months in advance. Weddings book 12-18 months in advance.

How many images will I see?
For a standard session you will see 100+ images. For a wedding, you will see 500+ images. BUT, we don’t limit the number we take; meaning that if we’re getting lots of great shots and have time, we’ll keep shooting! 

Can I just get the digitals?
Digital images are available in packages & a la carte, but we are a full service studio; meaning that we strive to provide your family with images & heirlooms that will last for generations, which is something digital files won’t do. 

What is the cancellation policy?
Standard session fees are non-refundable but are able to be rescheduled twice without additional fees. Cancellations forfeit the session fee. Weddings payments made are non-refundable but are able to be rescheduled twice without additional fees.
